Main Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end credit card systems and related banking processes.
Provide deep domain expertise in credit card business processes such as issuing, acquiring, authorization, clearing, settlement, limit management, and dispute management.
Design scalable and reliable architectures using modern software technologies (Java or Microsoft technology stack).
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into architectural solutions.
Provide strategic guidance to customers by sharing sector experience and industry best practices.
Ensure architectural consistency, technical quality, and long-term sustainability of solutions.
Support project teams with technical leadership, architecture reviews, and solution design.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations that enhance credit card platforms.
Gereksinimler
- Qualifications / Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the credit card domain within the banking or financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience across end-to-end credit card lifecycle and processes.
- Strong experience in enterprise software architecture and large-scale system design.
- Solid knowledge of Java ecosystem.
- Experience working with high-volume transactional systems and banking integrations.
- Ability to guide customers with industry best practices and sector knowledge.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to approach AI with curiosity and intention, actively incorporating AI-powered tools into workflows to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
